Surrender A Pet

It is always difficult to surrender a pet. Our team will work with you to see if there are any alternatives to allow your pet to remain with you. If circumstances require you to surrender your pet, our team will arrange for an appointment for you to bring your pet into one of our centres.

We are only able to receive surrenders by appointment, as we have limited space and resources. When our Centres are at capacity, in the best interest of the pet, owners will be encouraged to wait until the Centre has space available before surrendering their pet.
